Really I have come to rely on her to provide me with options when considering out of the country vacations. I trust her judgement and she has usually been spot on with subtle insights re: the type of establishment I end up choosing to vacation at.

We have recommended her to everyone we know. 2 of our friends have recently used Kassie to book their vacations with the exact same results we experienced. Kassie was GREAT to work with. We have utilized her in the past for various girls trips. But this year was especially difficult with folks having to cancel at the last minute, room changes, etc. She was great to work with, she was always helpful and attentive, despite us having throw a ton of changes her way. She put us in contact with the right people at the resort, which made the trip even better than we expected. All the recommendations she provided were smack on and the excursion was amazing. I will definitely be going back to Kassie next year to help us plan our 2019 trip.
